KSeF × Base
This session will demonstrate how to use Base.com to efficiently manage invoicing within KSeF — without adding manual work or complicating daily e-commerce operations. Participants will see how to streamline the document flow: from issuing an invoice, through automatic submission to KSeF, to retrieving the KSeF number and updating the document status.
We will also cover key business benefits, such as reducing errors, gaining better control over document statuses, and ensuring business continuity with offline mode supported by QR codes. This is a practical session for those who want to better prepare their online sales operations for KSeF requirements and scale their processes without compromising service quality.

He is responsible for system configuration, automation, and process optimization (goods receipt, dispatch, picking, relocations, returns), resolves integration issues, and improves the efficiency of warehouse teams. By combining technical expertise with hands-on operational experience, he translates complex system challenges into practical and effective business solutions.
