He brings over a decade of experience in e-commerce and retail technology, having progressed from operational roles to CTO at one of Poland’s leading retail brands, where he was responsible for the entire IT function. He later held CTO positions in the e-commerce and publishing sectors, focusing on technology audits and IT strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked as an IT Project Manager in a digital health company, overseeing infrastructure and system implementations. He combines deep technical expertise (e-commerce, ERP, WMS, POS) with hands-on experience in team leadership and complex project delivery.
