This session is dedicated to the new standard of customs clearance automation for shipments outside the EU using UPS Paperless. Participants will learn about the formal requirements and see a live demonstration of how to enable a fully automated process in the Base panel — without the need for manual document generation.

He gained over 10 years of experience primarily in the logistics sector, working with companies such as Packeta and Olza Logistics.
For many years, he has been designing and implementing logistics solutions for the courier and e-commerce industries, with a strong focus on cross-border operations in the CEE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania) and integration with Western European markets.
He was responsible for building and scaling processes that support international expansion of online stores, optimizing transport corridors, and integrating local courier networks into cohesive, high-performance operational systems.
