During this workshop, we will demonstrate how to properly design a 360° e-commerce architecture and integrate Base, WMS, and ERP into one cohesive data ecosystem. We will address real-world challenges such as the “war over data truth,” overselling, manual bottlenecks, returns chaos, and the technological “glass ceiling,” and show how to eliminate them through proper system integration.
